The square wave AC output and power pulsing maximize productivity while minimizing heat buildup. In DC mode, the pulse power function allows for fast welding of most steels. AC mode enables the welding of aluminum and magnesium alloys. The square wave output and adjustable frequency increase arc energy, resulting in faster welding speeds when combined with the power pulsing feature.
