FEMI N257 DADG Stationary Bandsaw - 400V

The FEMI N257 DADGis a stationary workstyle style metal cutting bandsaw that runs on a 400V 3 phase input supply. It is very reliable and will certainly impress the user when in heavy use. This machine is made for use in industrial cutting applications such as structural steel, fabrication etc.. This machine is capable of a maximum cut capacity of 245MM. It is capable of mitred cuts, capacities are as follows:

Round pipe:

• 45 degree SX mitre up to 140MM
• 45 degree DX mitre up to 148MM
• 60 degree mitre up to 90MM

Square box section:

• 45 degree SX mitre up to 120MM x 120MM
• 45 degree DX mitre up to 140MM x 140MM
• 60 degree mitre up to 90MM x 90MM

Rectangular box section:

• 45 degree SX mitre up to 90MM x 180MM
• 45 degree DX mitre up to 132MM x 180MM
• 60 degree mitre up to 85MM x 115MM

It can make none mitred cuts on up to 265MM x 148MM /253MM x 70MM rectangular box section, 225MM round pipe & 180MM x 180MM box section.

This machine boasts an automatic indepent down feed which means you do not need to pull the column down as you cut. This is a great advantage when repeated cuts are necessary.
