Holemaker Technology's Impacta DrillTaps provide value to the user in one key area - by saving valueable time. The main "selling point" of this bit is that it is an outstanding time saving solution. It allows for drilling & thread tapping in one easy, smooth operation.
The bit has a special titanium coating which provides outstanding wear resistance and ultra fast cutting & threading performance.
The HMT DrillTaps can be used with either a 1/2" chucked standard drill or, when coupled with a VersaDrive Rapid Lock adaptor, can be used with other power tools such as a mag drill or an impact driver / wrench. For optimal performance use the impacta DrillTaps with an impact driver.
