DW-A55ESR is a rutile flux cored welding wire that has been specially formulated to meet rigorous demands for low temperature service applications equiring high levels of toughness in temperatures as low as minus 40 degrees C after post weld heat treatment. It has a fast freezing slag which promotoes easy and very productive position welding. Slag removal is easy and reveals a smooth weld bead underneath. This wire is used widely in the offshore and pressure vessel manufacturing industries.
