These oversized cups are designed to provide excellent gas coverage for DC TIG welding. Their shorter design improves torch control and access without compromising gas coverage.

Each cup is hand-crafted in the USA from laboratory-grade borosilicate glass and oven-annealed to ensure long-lasting durability.

All cups are clearly labeled for easy identification and come with a stainless steel diffuser.

Maximum DC rating: 180A (unless using pulse mode). For AC welding, use only for low-duty applications. Avoid cup walking as it will reduce the lifespan of the cups. Do not exceed 90A with a 1.6mm cup to prevent diffuser damage.
