TWS Direct Ltd will provide mandatory safety instructions upon installation of the equipment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that only trained operators handle the laser equipment.

2. **Laser Safety Enclosure/Designated Room**: All Class 4 lasers **must be used within a laser safety enclosure or a suitably designated room**. This is crucial to prevent accidental exposure to the laser beam, which can cause severe injuries including blindness, burns, or fire hazards.

3. **PPE Requirement**: Operators must always wear appropriate **personal protective equipment (PPE)**, including but not limited to certified laser safety eyewear, to protect against direct or reflected laser beams.

4. **Access Restrictions**: Access to the area where the Class 4 laser is used should be restricted to authorised and trained personnel only. Appropriate warning signs must be clearly displayed to inform others of potential hazards.

5. **TWS Direct Ltd Responsibility**: TWS Direct Ltd will provide necessary training and instructions upon installation of the machine. However, **TWS Direct Ltd is not responsible for any misuse** of this equipment after installation, or any failure to adhere to the outlined safety procedures.

Failure to follow these safety guidelines may result in serious injury or damage. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all safety measures are in place and strictly followed.
