The Holemaker Technology DrillSink tool is the pinnacle of innovation in drilling technology. They allow the user to drill and countersink the hole in smooth operation thus increasing accuracy of the hole and countersink. Increased accuracy of the hole and countersink prevents tool chatter and bit blunting that commonly occurs when separate drill bits and countersinks are used.
HMT DrillSinks used a patented hexagon shaped shank which is suitable for use in a standard 1/2" drill chuck, alternatively, you can use a HMT VersaDrive rapid lock adapter to use the DrillSink with other power tools such as a mag drill or impact driver / wrench.
