Taylor Stud Welding i12 Drawn Arc Stud Welder - 400V

This microcomputer-controlled machine is lightweight and compact, making it easy to manoeuvre and position to where you require it. The i12 is compact and easily portable Drawn Arc inverter equipment designed to weld up to 12mm reduced base studs. The system boasts a simple and robust construction offering an economical and reliable method of fixing Mild and Stainless Steel studs. This system has been designed to offer fast and accurate welds, all while being easy to operate, so you can achieve better welding results consistently.

When you switch on the i12 stud welding system, it will first undergo a self-test to ensure safety standards are met (there is also a gun lift test facility). Then you can adjust welding current and time with a clear visual display. You can use this machine for Drawn Arc (DA) or Short Cycle (SC) stud welding. The i12 system is CE and UKCA marked and works in conjunction with several of our stud welding guns; specifically the DA2A, DA7B and DA8A tools
