MWA's Mac HICA E3073 Stellite 12 welding rod is a cobalt based welding electrode. It combats heat, impact, corrosion and abrasion which are the four main elements of wear. Stellite 12 welding electrodes provide the best impact and abrasion resistant properties whilst still retaining its hardness at high temperatures. The welds produced by the Mac E3073 rod are not machinable. These welding electrodes are for used in applications where severe impact and abrasion occurs.
