These oversized cups are designed to deliver exceptional gas coverage for DC TIG welding. Their shorter design allows for better torch control and improved access, without sacrificing gas coverage.

Each cup is handmade in the USA from laboratory-grade borosilicate glass and oven-annealed to ensure maximum durability and extended lifespan.

All cups are clearly labeled for easy identification and come with a stainless steel diffuser.

Maximum DC rating: 180A (unless using pulse). For AC welding, use only for low-duty applications. Cup walking will reduce the lifespan of the cups. Do not exceed 90A with a 1.6mm cup, as this may cause diffuser damage.
