These oversized cups are designed to deliver exceptional gas coverage for DC TIG welding. Their shorter design enhances torch control and provides better access without sacrificing gas protection.

Each cup is hand-crafted in the USA using laboratory-grade borosilicate glass, oven-annealed to ensure maximum durability and longevity.

All cups are clearly labeled for easy identification and come equipped with a stainless steel diffuser.

Maximum DC rating: 180A (unless using pulse mode). For AC welding, use only for low-duty applications. Cup walking can shorten the life of the cups. Do not exceed 90A with a 1.6mm cup, as diffuser damage may occur.
